Two Job Offers!
Posted by: | CommentsI know this is an old one – but it still amuses me if I ever show it anyone.
You get two job offers on the same day. Offer one is to earn $1000 a day for 30 days and the second one someone offers to pay you 1¢ on the first day of work, and then doubling each following day’s wages by each preceding day’s earnings. Which one do you take?
Well, I hope you went for the ’1c a day doubling up’ offer – because this is what you’ll have at the end of 30 days….
Over $5,000,000!!! Not just $30,000!
