on your personal development.
Once you have used time, you cannot get it back. Isn’t it
more important to use it for your development than for
watching the TV?
One of my top 3 all-time quotes comes from my mentor -
Jim Rohn. He says:
“Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money,
but you cannot get more time”
I used to spend all weekend reading the thick broadsheet
newspapers – it used to take that long! I realised that I
was wasting days, even weeks, every year reading about
things that had already happened!
What good will that do for my future?
So now…I’m more selective in what I do…and what I read.
I get as much information from quickly glancing through a
newspaper as I did from reading it from cover to cover. I
only watch the TV programmes I really want to watch…and
not just anything that happens to be on.
Use your time wisely.
Did you know that if you got into the office one hour
earlier every working day…you would be producing almost
7 WORKING WEEKS more work in a 48-week year! (See I even
gave you time off for your vacation.)
I got up an extra hour earlier every day so that I could
spend quality time writing my eBook – “The Science of Success”
Once I had got used to it…I didn’t really notice any
difference!
Imagine the impact 2 hours less TV every night could have
on your life and your future. Makes you think, doesn’t it?

Sometimes you need a rocket up your ass!
..one that compels you to step up, to raise the bar, and astound yourself.
You must keep in mind that throughout this 100 Day Challenge, no matter how intelligent or capable you may be, if you don’t have a sense of urgency. Now is the time to start developing it.
Creating a do it now attitude helps you to replace question marks with exclamation marks!

* The old friend you’ve been meaning to reconnect with? Get connected today!
* The apology that is long overdue? Apologize today!
* The book you’ve talked about writing? Start writing today!

* The time you’ve promised to spend with your children? Spend it with them today!
* The broken relationship you’ve wanted to restore? Work at it today!
* The decision to confront your fears and dump all of those excuses? Do it today!
Cartoon Studio Becomes First Frozenheart Corporate Sponsor!
Posted by: | CommentsHi, I’m Karl father to Emily who is my youngest daughter. Emily was born in the UK and taken by her American mother, Sheila, to the US when Emily was 11 months old. This blog is where I’m placing the media reports and evidence of the role of the US Department of State in abducting Emily to the US while obstructing justice for Emily and attempting to cover up misconduct of officials while Emily is denied medical treatment for her eye condition which will leave her blind.
Well the internet does work!
After an initial launch of the Frozenheart web site, a flurry of responses from around the world and from many people who have contacted me for the very first time.
Remember the primary aim initially is to establish a world wide network of accommodation for parents that is no cost for left behind parents traveling abroad to recovery their children.
An unexpected fringe benefit that is going to start taking centre stage is an email I received from Richard Duszczak of the Cartoon Studio Limited in the UK.
The Cartoon Studio have offered to become a corporate sponsor for Frozenheart and have kicked this off with £500 worth of free artwork and logo design and other support as well.
